Most holiday worries don't need an algorithm, but someone who knows the place and answers you directly. Where's the best restaurant open on a Monday night near the hotel? How do you get to the airport if the transfer is late? Is it safe to drink the tap water? These are small questions on the surface, but taken together they make the difference between a relaxed holiday and one spent hunting for answers on forums.
We've put a real person behind every booking precisely because answers like these need context, nuance and, sometimes, a phone call made on your behalf, in the local language. A concierge who knows the destination sorts out in five minutes what would take you an hour and a rough translation.
