From here it is easy to reach the old town of Hoi An, the Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills, the Marble Mountains and the former imperial capital of Hue. The flight from Romania, accommodation and transfer are included in one package.
What to see in Da Nang over the holidays
Hoi An Old Town
A trading port from the 15th to the 19th century, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: merchant houses, the covered Japanese Bridge and, in the evening, silk lanterns and floating candles on the Thu Bon River. It is about 40 minutes from Da Nang.
The Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills
A walkway held up by two giant stone hands, at around 1,400 metres above sea level. You get there on one of the longest cable cars in the world, and it stays cool up top even when the coast is hot.
Marble Mountains
Five limestone and marble hills between Da Nang and Hoi An, with caves, pagodas and Buddhist shrines carved into the rock, such as Huyen Khong Cave. On Thuy Son, the largest, stairs lead up to viewpoints over the whole coast.
Hue, the former imperial capital
The former capital of the Nguyen dynasty, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the citadel with the Purple Forbidden City, the emperors' tombs and the Thien Mu Pagoda, with its seven-storey tower on the bank of the Perfume River. The road from Da Nang crosses the Hai Van Pass.
